工作說明:


? Support strategic talent management process (acquisition, development, planning and recognition/rewards)

? Become a trusted partner of the business clients you support; work across business lines as needed. Develop your own leadership presence; act with integrity and build trust-based relationship with the leaders and employees you support

? Identify and take action on any current talent gaps, deploy individual and leadership development programs and tools to build a talent pipeline for operations group; coach leadership in the review process to identify emerging and changing talent needs

? Coordinate with business leaders to ensure optimization of performance management & rewards systems to support optimal individual and team performance

? Collaborates closely with HR colleagues to implement streamlined HR programs that drive standardization across Taiwan while ensuring business partner needs are met

? Build knowledge on organizational design process and work with HR peers to identify potential organizational design improvements to support our changing business environment and optimal performance

? As needed, support employee relations initiatives & develop policy updates and communication plans in an effective and efficient manner
